It is same for injection molds making & plastic injection molding production; the application of automation has improved companies’ competitiveness by a lot. Robots are common seen in the production of injection molding now, which is mainly to deal with repetitive work to reduce labor work.

Here in our company, we also tried to introduce automation system as much as possible, to shorten the timing for assembly & reduce the reply on workers. Meanwhile this will help to reduce the defective rate to improve the quality.
