1. Ultra-Precision Optical Housing
Tooling Precision: All critical optical components are machined using our GF Mikron MILL P 900, achieving tolerances within 0.005mm.
Alignment Accuracy: We ensure perfect optical axis alignment for Birdbath modules, essential for a clear 120-inch virtual screen experience and user comfort.
2. Advanced Material Science & Structural Design
Ultra-Thin Wall Molding: Specialized injection techniques allow us to achieve a lightweight 72g footprint while maintaining the structural rigidity required for daily use.
Ergonomic Overmolding: We utilize multi-shot molding (2K) to combine skin-friendly medical-grade materials with high-strength structural polymers for the temples and nose pads.
3. Vertical PCBA & SMT Integration
Compact Integration: Our in-house SMT lines are optimized for the high-density PCBA required for Micro-OLED drivers and Type-C DP Alt Mode connectivity.
Thermal Management: Integrated heat-dissipation structures within the frame ensure stable performance during extended 2D/3D cinema viewing.

Q: For this project, what items are provided by QQS?
A: We make the molds, produce the plastic casing, outsource the spare parts, with in-house SMT & assembly lines, we can provide assembled products for customers. In a word, we provide one-stop services for customers.
Q: What kind of surfaces can you provide?
A: Printing, lase engraving, hot stamping, etc..
Q: Do you have injection machine to produce the parts?
A: Yes, we have our own injection shop, so we can make the production & assembling for customers, if request.
Q: What kind of molds are you making?
A: We mainly make plastic injection molds, but we can also build compression molds (for UF or SMC material) & die casting molds.
Q: How long does it take to build a mold?
A:It varies a little depending on the product sizes and complexity of part, generally speaking, a medium size mold can be finished for T1 within 25~30 days.
Q: How do you handle project tracking and communication for overseas clients?
A:We provide weekly progress reports with high-resolution photos/videos. This is exactly what overseas sourcing managers look for to save travel costs.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality?
A: We will appoint a project manager to follow your molds, who is responsible for every process. Besides that, we have QC for every procedure, and we will also have CMM & online inspection system to guarantee all components stay within tolerance.
Q: Do you support OEM ?
A:Yes, we can produce by technical drawings or samples.
Q: What kind of resin do you proceed with?
A:We process both thermoplastic and thermoset materials..
